Returns within 15 days

You can return your bag within 15 days of delivery. It must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with the Clamori tag and dust bag.

How to return

Write to info@clamoridifirenze.com with your order number, then send the bag to: Clamori di Firenze, Via Porta Rossa 72/r, 50123 Firenze, Italy. Return shipping is paid by the customer; we recommend a tracked service.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the bag, we refund the original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged or wrong item

If your bag arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to us within 15 days of delivery with photos: we cover return shipping and send you a replacement or a full refund.

Warranty and repairs

Metal parts, locks and handles are covered by a 1-year warranty. We also repair Clamori bags: ask us for a free quote.
