Orders and delivery

How long does it take to receive my bag?

Shipping is free and takes, in working days: 1–2 in Italy, 3–4 in Europe, 10 to China and 12–14 to the rest of the world. If the bag you choose is not available, add 14 days: we make it for you in our Florence workshop.

Do you ship worldwide? How much does shipping cost?

Yes. We ship worldwide and shipping is free.

What does pre-order mean?

The bag is not available right now: we make it for you in our Florence workshop in 14 days, then we ship it.

Returns, warranty and repairs

Can I return my bag?

Yes, within 15 days of delivery, unused and in its original condition and packaging. Refund policy

Is there a warranty?

Yes. Every bag has a one-year warranty on all metal parts, locks and handles. The warranty does not cover leather damaged by inappropriate treatment.

Does my bag come with a certificate of authenticity?

Yes. Every bag comes with a certificate of authenticity and its Clamori dust bag.

Do you repair your bags?

Yes, we offer a full repair service. Write to info@clamoridifirenze.com for a free quote.

Our bags

Are Clamori bags handmade?

Yes. Every bag is cut, stitched and finished by hand in our family workshop in Florence, where we have made bags since 1955.

What leather do you use?

Calf leather and cow leather, smooth or with a printed pattern. The leather of each bag is written on its page. Our leathers

Are the croc, python, ostrich and lizard bags made of exotic leather?

Usually not: croc, python, ostrich and lizard are patterns printed on calf or cow leather. When a bag is made of genuine exotic leather, its name says so, for example the Jolie Small Bamboo in genuine black ostrich leather.

How big are the bags?

How do I take care of my bag?

Keep it away from direct sun and heavy rain, clean it with a soft microfibre cloth and no harsh products, do not overfill it, and store it in its Clamori dust bag. Care and warranty

Where is your shop?

In Via Porta Rossa 72/r, 50123 Florence, in the historic centre of the city. You can see and buy our bags there.

Do you have a shop in China?

Our second shop will open in China soon.
